"ITS AP 2018" (hereinafter referred to as "this application") provided by Jorudan Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "this company") is hospitality application for The 16th ITS Asia-Pacific Forum FUKUOKA 2018.
This company establishes the terms of use for this application as follows. It is necessary to comply with them when you use this application.
1. This terms apply to all cases when you use this application, including contents provided and incidental products/services.
2. When you start to use this application, it is deemed that you agreed with this terms.
3. This company can change, add, modify and delete the contents of this terms without prior notice to the user.
All intellectual property rights and privileges, including copyright of this application, shall remain in the possession of this company, or the licensors who provide information to this company.
Unauthorized reprinting, copying, editing, revision, or transfer to a third party of the contents of this application is prohibited.
This application is limited to Japan.
The use of this application shall not implement the acts of the following items.
(1) All data provided through this application is limited to use only for individual users. Commercial secondary use of the contents is prohibited.
(2) The user is prohibited from taking any action that could threaten, limit, or interfere with the rights of this company or another third party in regards to this application.
(3) The user cannot transfer, bequeath or otherwise alter the rights and responsibilities of this terms.
This company may suspend or discontinue operation of this application without prior notice due to force majeure such as natural disasters or for maintenance or repair.
This company bears no responsibility of any kind in such cases.
1. This company can abolish this application at any time after the meeting.
2. After termination of this application, this company can delete customer's e-mail and posting information.
1. Regarding iterms concerning the handing of users'information on this application (including information on user's terminal usage history, terminal identification information and personal information), this company will handle it within the range necessary for achieving the prupose of use.Please refer to "Information Security Policy".
2. The following information module will be used to analyze the access situation and usage situation for improving the function and convenience of this service. Besides, the company isn't responsible for the damage caused by using this application.

2. Interpretation of these Terms of Service, including cases in which a dispute or argument arises between this Company and the user regarding this application, shall be decided upon earnest discussion between the parties. However, if a solution is not reached, Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
